WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
Every pasta lover knows there’s nothing better than fresh, handmade pasta. Now, you can learn the techniques to make your Italian favorites at home!

In our one-day Handmade Pasta class, you’ll learn the secrets to silky, thin pasta—the perfect vessel for your favorite sauce. Our expert chef-instructor will teach you the ingredients and techniques to perfect pasta dough, as well as how to achieve the ideal texture—and know when it’s ready to be devoured! Understand the difference between various flours and learn why a high-gluten, very fine flour is necessary to achieve silky-smooth noodles. In four hours, you’ll mix, knead and roll your own dough, as well as learn how to cut different shapes including twirl-worthy tagliatelle, springy cavatelli, plus fill and fold raviolo.

To accompany your freshly made pasta, our chef-instructor will demonstrate three classic preparations—a Bolognese, Cacio e Pepe and Parmesan Herb Brodo—as well as the filling for a black truffle raviolo. You’ll return to these flavorful sauces time and time again! In addition to tasting what you make, you’ll be able to take fresh pasta home to prepare for your family or friends. Get ready to explore the world of pasta!

What You’ll Learn to Make:

  • Ricotta Cavatelli Cacio e Pepe 
    Handmade ricotta cavatelli, lemon garlic compound butter, Grana Padano cheese
  • Tagliatelle Bolognese
    Handmade Tagliatelle, cinnamon bolognese, whipped ricotta, mustard gremolata
  • Raviolo al Uovo Tartufo
    Egg yolk raviolo, black truffle, Parmesan herb brodo
